I have a confession to make: I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. If I crave foods, it’s almost always a dessert of some sort, probably consisting of something chocolaty and rich. I cannot believe it has been a year since I began my Instagram account @TheBalancedRose, originally @Roseinthe_Kitchen! Happy 1st birthday! Woohooo! (Sorry, I am just super excited!) It was always very tasty but I never knew anything about all of wonderful ways you could make a smoothie! This smoothie is probably my new “classic” smoothie, super simple, very nourishing, and absolutely delicious.
